If you or your child has bad asthma, go for regular check ups with your doctor. It should be possible to work with your doctor and adjust your medications so that you don't have to go to Asthma Bay every time you have an asthma attack. You shouldn't be waking up in the night coughing or having to use your inhaler several times a day because your chest is tight. Talk to your doctor to find out if you should invest in a nebuliser or if you should be taking inhaled steroids to control your symptoms.
