Need more energy?
Try going to bed an hour or two earlier. Try regular exercise. Just 15 -30 min a day will make a big difference to how u feel. You may feel tired at first, but as your body gets fit your energy will increase. Try taking a multivitamin daily. Most of us don't get all the vitamins and minerals our bodies need from our regular fruit and vegetable deficient diets. Try drinking more water. A lot of the time, our feelings of fatigue are linked to us being dehydrated. Take a 15 minute nap. A 15-20 minute nap can revive u. Any longer than that though, you won't want to get up and you'll feel sleepy. Set a timer for 20 minutes! Consider eliminating coffee and sugar from your diet. If you are tired and dragging it means you need more sleep, not more coffee!
See Ten Reasons to quit your coffee. How was your weekend? Did you get enough sleep? We all need 7-8 hours of sleep every night to function properly. Less sleep puts strain on our bodies and makes it harder for us to lose weight and think effectively.
Love yourself, take care of your health! Are you getting enough sleep? We all need 6-8 hours of sleep, but many of us do not get it. Not getting enough sleep makes you feel tired and sluggish, slows down your immune system and makes it difficult for you to lose weight.
Try going to sleep an hour earlier, and see if you feel better the next day. Keep it up and see if you get sick less often, have more energy, and are in a better mood. Come see me at the clinic if you need a check up. Love yourself, take care of your health! |
