Breathing exercises can help relax you and help cope with anger and stress.
Sit or lie somewhere comfortable where you won't be distracted. Breathe in so that your stomach goes out and breathe out so that your stomach comes in. Focus on your breath. Be aware of it. Is it fast or slow? It is hard to be angry or anxious if you are breathing slowly. So slow it down. Focus on your feet and relax them, focus on your calves and relax them. Focus on your knees and relax them. Focus on the parts of your body, and relax them coming all the way up to your face and scalp. Every time your mind wanders, bring your focus back to your breath. In and out, slow and steady.
Do this for 10 minutes every day, or whenever you feel stressed, angry or like your pressure is up. It will help to relax you and relieve stress. Stress is bad for your health.
